Meet the Team

Loida Flojo is the Director of Enderun Extension, the continuing education arm of Enderun Colleges. As a Program Development Expert with experience working for globally recognized institutions both locally and abroad, she spearheads new curricula and is aligned with Enderun's goal to produce graduates who are competent, results-driven and culturally aware. She also leads the sales, operations, and academics divisions of Enderun Extension, overseeing all business units. She is a TEFL-certified instructor and was an A1 International Baccalaureate teacher. Loida holds her Master's Degree in Mass Communication from the University of the Philippines-Diliman and her Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Sto. Tomas.

Simoneil Mendoza is the Academic Head for Enderun Extension, leading the English as a Second Language program. He develops curriculum, teaching strategies, and program content. Equipped with more than two decades of experience, Simon is an International Baccalaureate Diploma Program Business Management and Theory of Knowledge Teacher. He is a candidate for a Master's Degree in Education, Educational Administration & Supervision at Ateneo De Manila University. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education from the University of the Philippines-Diliman

Haruhiko Golimlim is the Assistant Manager for Enderun Extension, he establishes and co-manages business contracts and builds rapport with top decision-makers for the programs managed by The Study. It is part of his goal to develop new strategies to increase enrollments for Languages and Tutorials under The Study by Enderun. Haruhiko is a graduate of Jose Rizal University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in General Management

Thomas Fleckner, a native German speaker, has received a number of qualifications all of which contributed to his professionalism and dedication. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts back in Germany and continued to develop and improve his skills by undergoing trainings in communication, web design skill development, etc. Thomas is a many-faceted expert who is eager to challenge himself in new fields. He has worked in language teaching, customer care, old people's care, technical and web design, product training etc. Thomas moved to the Philippines in 2010 and immediately fell in love with the country. At first he worked for Hinduja Global Solutions here and at the same time taught German and English language. After his contract with the company was over, Thomas decided to fully devote himself to teaching. He has been working with Enderun since 2018 and was able to display his exceptional knowledge and flexibility in teaching the German languages.

Gregory graduated from the University of the Philippines, Diliman with honors in European Languages. He also pursued his Master's degree there in the field of Communication. He spent two decades teaching at various international schools. He worked as an ESL teacher at the European International School (German School) as well as at the Manila Japanese School. He taught German at the International School Manila and the British School Manila. Since 2004 he has been an instructor and examiner at the Goethe-Institut Philippinen. He has also been an official translator of the German Embassy and as well as a speechwriter at the Embassy of Japan.
